Lecigimon – nová data z klinických studií
Abstract
Úvod - Tato přednáška představí podrobné výsledky ze dvou významných klinických studií: Lecipark a Elegance, zaměřených na dlouhodobé výsledky účinnosti a bezpečnosti léčby Lecigimonem. Data byla sbírána prostřednictvím pravidelných kontrol a monitorování symptomů pomocí standardizovaných klinických škál a dotazníků kvality života pacientů. Výsledky - Studie Lecipark i studie Elegance prokázaly dlouhodobé a významné zlepšení mobility pacientů a snížení motorických fluktuací, významné zlepšení v měření kvality života a celkové spokojenosti pacientů, a to i u předléčené populace jinými infúzními systémy pro léčbu pokročilé PN. Závěr - Výsledky studií Lecipark a Elegance poskytují přesvědčivé důkazy podporující použití Lecigonu jako vhodného léčebného přístupu v klinické praxi. Přednáška se bude zabývat těmito výsledky, nabídne komplexní náhledy a diskutuje budoucí směr výzkumu. Klíčová slova Lecigimon, klinické studie, Lecipark, Elegance, účinnost, bezpečnost, kvalita života
