Dear friends and colleagues,
It is my great pleasure to invite you to our 24th Czech-German meeting of otolaryngologists on September 18th and 19th, 2026, at the Hotel Harmony. I am truly honored and delighted that we can once again gather in a place where not only new professional ideas are born, but also where our long-standing friendships are strengthened.
Our meeting has always been more than just a scientific conference, it is a bridge between two countries, between experiences and knowledge, and most importantly between people who share the same professional mission. Together, we have the opportunity to discuss the latest findings, exchange clinical experiences, seek new solutions, and inspire one another.
Main topics:
· AI and robotic surgery in otorhinolaryngology: from innovation to routine practice
· Management of hearing loss: from conservative approaches to reconstructive and implantable solutions
· Malignant head and neck tumours: from radical treatment to function-preserving approaches
· Biological treatment of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps: clinical experience and future directions
· Various topics
At the same time, I hope you will also enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains, which offer a perfect setting for relaxation as well as for informal conversations.
Thank you all for your participation, for your openness, and for your willingness to share your knowledges. I wish us all inspiring discussions, new ideas for our professional work, and many pleasant moments spent together.
Welcome to Špindlerův Mlýn and enjoy this shared time!
On behalf of the organizers,
Kind regards,

MUDr. Martin Kracík
Dpt. Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, Liberec Regional Hospital
