Method of Payment
Please pay the participation fee, accommodation, and any other ordered services together in one payment by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or postal money order. All payment details (i.e. payment deadline, bank account number, variable symbol, and total amount) will be provided during registration. The stated bank account is held in CZK.
Cancellation Policy
All services ordered by you are considered binding. Free cancellation of your order is possible no later than 27 June 2026. If participation is cancelled after this date, for any reason whatsoever, payments can no longer be refunded.
Notice regarding ordered accommodation:
Pandemic measures may not always apply to restrictions on the operation of accommodation facilities. Conference accommodation is always provided by a third party, which has its own cancellation policy. Unless expressly stipulated otherwise by law at the relevant time, accommodation contracts remain valid, for example even in cases where the organization of mass events is regulated. Therefore, in the event of pandemic measures where it is not possible to hold the event physically to the planned extent, it is not possible to request a refund for ordered accommodation or to request a transfer of the reservation. The cancellation policy remains valid in accordance with the contract.
For self-paying participants, the ordered accommodation will be available according to the order, and cancellation can only be applied within the deadline specified in the event’s cancellation policy. Accommodation paid for by a sponsor cannot be used in the event of conference cancellation or transition to a virtual format, and the cancellation policy remains in force.
