PROBLEMATIKA PSYCHIATRIE V RÁMCI NOVÉHO SYSTÉMU CZ-DRG
Abstract
Ústav zdravotnických informací a statistiky ČR (ÚZIS ČR) vyvíjí v rámci projektu DRG Restart klasifikační systém CZ-DRG, který má za cíl nahradit stávající systém IR-DRG v rámci hodnocení a úhradových mechanismů akutní lůžkové péče v ČR. Vývoj metodických materiálů a softwarových nástrojů probíhal ve spolupráci s řadou odborných společností ČLS JEP a sítí tzv. referenčních nemocnic, jejichž ekonomická a produkční data slouží k získání reálných nákladů na akutní lůžkovou péči v ČR. V druhém čtvrtletí 2019 ÚZIS ČR dokončil systém CZ-DRG verze 2.0, který byl předán Českému statistickému úřadu (ČSÚ) k vydání ve Sdělení ČSÚ jako oficiální klasifikace pro rok 2020, a to včetně vydání prvních oficiálních nákladových dat. Součástí systému CZ-DRG je i oblast psychiatrie, kde je však s ohledem na pravidla vykazování lůžkové péče problematická identifikace různě závažných psychiatrických pacientů a pilotní klasifikace tak zohledňuje především délku pobytu pacienta. Cílem příspěvku je tak sumarizace problematiky psychiatrie v rámci nově vyvíjeného systému CZ-DRG.
