Úvod sdělení bude věnován stručnému popisu současné situace oboru klinické logopedie v České republice. Klinická logopedie doznala za posledních 30 let významných odborně-profesních změn, které se pochopitelně dotýkají i primární péče/pediatrie. Hlavním záměrem sdělení je nastínit důležitost vzájemné respektující spolupráce klinických logopedů a lékařů primární péče, zejména v oblasti vývojových poruch řeči a jazyka a poruch příjmu potravy v raném dětském věku.
