Pracuji na Neurologické klinice JIP Fakultní nemocnice Hradec Králové jako staniční sestra. Podílím se na výuce neurologické sekce ve specializačním studiu intenzivní péče. Od roku 2019 spolupracuje s Iniciativou Angels a stal se členem ANCS, pracovní skupiny iktový sester pro Českou republiku. Společně s ostatními členy se podílí na zvyšování kvality ošetřovatelské péče o pacienty s CMP. Od roku 2019 se věnuji zavádění a péči o střednědobé katétry (PICC, midline) v rámci iktové péče.

Ve FN Plzeň pracuji 31 let. Posledních 10 let jako vrchní sestra Neurologické kliniky. Podílím se na přípravě nových pracovníků jako externí vyučující na Fakultě zdravotnických studií ZČU a VOŠ a SZŠ Plzeň, kde mimo jiné podporuji aktivity v oblasti rozvoje dětské paliativní péče. Dále se aktivně účastním projektu MZČR Dobrovolnická činnost pro pacienty s CMP.
