LEGAL REASON FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

• The legal reason for the processing of your personal data is the fact that such processing is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and the Controller or for the implementation of measures by the Controller before the conclusion of the contract within the meaning of Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "Regulation").

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

• The purpose of the processing of your personal data is the performance of the contract between you and the Controller or the implementation of measures by the Controller before the conclusion of the contract.
• The Controller does not apply automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation.

PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

• Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the effects of rights and obligations under the contract and subsequently for the period necessary for the purposes of archiving in accordance with the relevant generally binding legal regulations, but no longer than for the period specified by the generally binding legal regulations.

OTHER RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA

• Other recipients of your personal data will be financial and forwarding companies and other persons involved in the delivery of services or goods or in the implementation of payments under the purchase contract.
• The Controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or to an international organization.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

• Under the conditions set out in the Regulation, you have to right to request access to your personal data from the Controller, the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data or the right to restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to data portability with regard to your personal data.
• If you believe that the processing of your personal data has violated or violates the Regulation, you have, among other things, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
• You are not obliged to provide your personal data. The provision of your personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without the provision of your personal data, the contract cannot be concluded or performed by the Controller.
