Milé kolegyně, vážení kolegové, milí hosté,
srdečně Vás zveme na navazující akce XXIV. Pankreatologický den Českého pankreatologického klubu (ČPK) a XXI. Olomouc Live Endoscopy (OLE 2026). Stejně jako loni se sejdeme v Clarion Congress Hotelu v Olomouci a to ve dnech 18.-19. června 2026.
První den – čtvrtek 18. června bude věnován XXIV. Českému pankreatologickému dni, který se stává mezioborovou plarformou pro všechny zájemce o pankreatologii.
Mezinárodní endoskopický workshop OLE se koná již jednadvacáté. Digestivní endoskopie v posledních 50 letech prodělala fascinující vývoj od diagnostického „nahlédnutí“ do trávicí trubice po invazivní terapeutické zákroky chirurgické povahy. Tento vývoj se snažíme reflektovat na mezinárodním workshopu Olomouc Live Endoscopy. V průběhu více než 20leté historie OLE jsme za účelem vzdělávání endoskopických týmů realizovali stovky živých přenosů v podání předních českých a zahraničních endoskopistů. Naše auditorium se rozrostlo z původních nízkých desítek nadšenců na bezmála 400 účastníků.
Rovněž v roce 2026 se můžeme těšit na další díl našeho seriálu. Tentokrát se zaměříme na bezpečnost digestivní endoskopie-proto téma „Safety First“.
Hlavní odbornou náplní budou živé endoskopické přenosy z endoskopického centra 2. interní kliniky FN Olomouc. Akce již tradičně navazuje na pankreatologický den, organizovaný Českým pankreatologickým klubem.
Jsme rádi, že zahraničními hosty OLE 2026 budou vynikající endoskopisté Dr. Giuseppe Vanella (Milano), Dr. Livia Archibugi (Milano), Assoc. Prof. Henrietta Heinrich (Basilej), Assoc. Prof. Steven Bollipo (Newcastle, Austrálií) a řada milých kolegů ze Slovenska.

Guisseppe Vanella
After graduating cum laude in Medicine and Surgery at the Catholic University of Rome (Policlinico Gemelli), he specialized cum laude in Gastroenterology at Sapienza University of Rome (Sant’Andrea Teaching Hospital), and then underwent a Fellowship in Interventional Echo-endoscopy and ERCP at the University of Leuven (Belgium).
He was appointed Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Molecular Medicine cum laude at UniSr after evaluating the role of EUS-guided Portal Vein sampling for enrichment, enumeration and characterization of Circulating Tumor Cells in Pancreatic Cancer patients.
Since April 2020 he serves as Faculty at UniSR (where is Adjunct Professor of Gastroenterology) and at the Pancreatobiliary Endoscopy and EUS Division of the IRCCS San Raffaele Institute, where he is dedicated to the endoscopic therapy of biliopancreatic diseases (EUS/ERCP) and he leads the research focus on Therapeutic EUS.
Dr. Vanella has authored more than 120 peer-reviewed publications in leading international journals, including guidelines, and serves as Associate Editor for Digestive Endoscopy and International Editorial Board Member of Endoscopy. He systematically attends all major Gastroenterology and Endoscopy International meetings (e.g. ESGE days, DDW, EPC, UEG Week), where he presents the results of his scientific activity or serves as Faculty.
Livia Archibugi
Livia Archibugi is a gastroenterologist working at IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital in Milan, with expertise in biliopancreatic endoscopy (ERCP and EUS) and pancreatic diseases. She is assistant professor for the Master in ERCP and EUS, is Associate Editor for UEG Journal, and is currently part of the ESGE Education committee and UEG Quality of Care Committee, where she leads the project on Pancreatic Cancer Quality Indicators. She leads the Italian Task Force for screening in pancreatic cancer and has a PhD in molecular sciences. She is also an Alumna of the ASGE’s 2023 Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) class for early career women in gastroenterology and has won several awards for her scientific career, such as the 2021 L’Oréal-Unesco “For Women in Science” scholarship with the project “Investigation of Transcriptome Analysis of Pancreatic Cancer through EUS-guided tissue acquisition as a tool to predict response to treatment”. She is author of more than 110 peer-reviewed papers, author of 3 chapters of books and has a H Index of 25. Among her other interests, she is passionate about scientific progress, music and singing, astronomy, artificial intelligence and krav maga.

Henriette Sophie Heinrich
PD Dr. Henriette Sophie Heinrich is a gastroenterologist and interventional endoscopist with a clinical focus on advanced therapeutic and hepatopancreatobiliary (HPB) endoscopy, including ESD, POEM, and interventional management of biliary and pancreatic diseases. She is Head of Interventional Endoscopy at Clarunis – University Center for Gastrointestinal and Abdominal Surgery in Basel, where she leads the development and delivery of complex endoscopic procedures within a tertiary referral setting. Her career includes advanced endoscopy fellowships in Italy and the Czech Republic, a habilitation in gastroenterology at the University of Zurich, and sustained clinical and research activity in endoscopic resection techniques and gastrointestinal motility. Alongside her clinical work, she holds key leadership roles within United European Gastroenterology (UEG), serving as Chair of the UEG Education Committee (2022–2026) and previously as Chair of the UEG Young GI Talent Group, contributing to the design and implementation of European educational and training initiatives in gastroenterology.

Steven Bollipo
Associate Professor Steven Bollipo is a gastroenterologist from Newcastle, Australia. He was the Director of Gastroenterology and Endoscopy at John Hunter hospital for 16 years and brings a wealth of experience in provision of safety and quality in endoscopy including training. He is well known in social media for popularizing the concept of non-technical skills in endoscopy through his article in Gastroenterology on Scopemanship which is a term he coined. He is a member of the social media working group of ESGE and is well respected for his wisdom in navigating the changing landscape of social media. He is a general gastroenterologist and hepatologist and has a wide range of interests in gastroenterology, hepatology and endoscopy. He is well known around the world of gastroenterology and was an invited speaker at international meetings including grand rounds at NYU in New York and MGH in Boston.

Giuseppe Marzocca
Giuseppe Marzocca is a Gastroenterology Resident at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan and a Clinical and Research Fellow in the Pancreatobiliary Endoscopy and EUS Division at IRCCS San Raffaele Hospital. His clinical and research focus is on advanced biliopancreatic endoscopy and therapeutic EUS, including EUS-guided biliary drainage and complex transluminal interventions.
He is actively involved in prospective registries of advanced endoscopic procedures, contributing to data analysis, long-term outcomes research, and scientific publications in therapeutic EUS and minimally invasive pancreatobiliary interventions.
