Dear colleagues.
Thank you very much for your active participation and we are sending important instructions in connection with the upcoming 7th CONGRESS of the Czech Society of Gastroenterology, 10-12 November 2021.
- All announcements will be pre-recorded and the recording will be broadcast from the studio. Only the discussion and commentary will be live, so only the chairmen of each block are expected to be physically present in the studios. Please arrive on the day you are chairing/moderating (see programme) 30 minutes in advance to the recording studio at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, Freyova 33, Prague 9 - Vysočany, 190 00 Czech Republic.
- A link to the Zoom app will be provided to presenters who will not be present in the studio. This will allow them to participate in the discussion within their block. If you know that you will not be physically present in the studio, please request a connection link from Mr. Burdíček in time and arrange a test call in advance: luk@avt.cz, tel: 774667626.

• The length of the presentation must comply with the event schedule.
• Standard PowerPoint presentation. For readability in a virtual environment, a white background is required for the presentation.
Attention, the PowerPoint file with your presentation of the accepted paper must be sent in advance, via www.uschovna.cz, to the email of Lukáš Burdíček luk@avt.cz (tel: 774667626) and no later than 9 November 2021 by 8PM. If you need technical assistance with recording or uploading the presentation, please contact Mr. Burdíček - tel: 774667626.
- Lecture pre-recording options:
1) Powerpoint allows you to record the lecture with audio
2) Zoom allows you to record the lecture with the speaker's face and save the file to your desktop.
Please choose the method that suits you and send us the recorded file no later than November 9, 2021.
